What is a growth factor?
A protein your body already makes. Its job is to tell skin cells to renew. Your body produces around 127 ng/ml of them, and Factor G10 delivers 10,000 ng/ml of five different ones.
I have bought serums before that did nothing. Why would this be different?
Fair. Most serums work on the surface, with hydrators and cosmetic peptides. Factor G10 delivers the growth factors themselves, which is a different category of ingredient and a different order of cost to make. That is not a promise it will work for you. It is a reason it might, when the others did not.
Is this really a product clinics use?
Yes. Factor G10 is sold into clinics as the daily maintenance serum used between professional treatments. It sits alongside the treatment vials and skin needling devices in the same professional range. This is that product, not a retail version of it.
Why does the bottle need to be activated?
Because proteins destabilise in liquid. Keeping the growth factors freeze-dried until first use is how they stay intact when they reach your skin. A pre-mixed serum starts that clock at the factory. Factor G10 starts it in your bathroom.
Once I have activated it, does it start losing strength?
No. Activation is a one-off step that mixes the freeze-dried growth factors into the serum, and the formula is preserved for daily use across the life of the bottle. The freeze-drying protects against the months a pre-mixed serum spends in a warehouse, not the weeks you spend using it.
Do I need a microneedling device?
No. Factor G10 is formulated to be applied directly to clean skin. The professional serums in the same range do require a device, which is part of why they stay in clinics and this one does not.
Can I use Factor G10 with the products I already use?
Yes. It goes on after cleansing and before moisturiser. Everything else layers over it normally, including sunscreen. If you use retinol or a vitamin C serum, keep your existing routine and add Factor G10 in the serum step.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is formulated for daily use on all skin types, and gentle enough to use at home after laser resurfacing. If your skin reacts easily, patch test on the inside of your forearm first.
